Bob Brady Auto Group is searching for a Part time Receptionist to join our team.
DAILY DUTIES:
- Act as the first and last positive impression to all customers and guests
- Route calls to appropriate personnel
- Assist customers in any aspect of conversation in a pleasant and helpful manner
- Provide support to managers as needed
- Be dependable and punctual
- Perform related tasks requested by management
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of counters, displays, and customer contact areas.
Qualifications
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Above average energy level
- Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Part Time Receptionist is perfect for a high school or college student
